The Columbia River Crossing project team is currently:
- Refining designs based on public and sponsoring agency input
- Working with
project sponsors to choose one alternative as the locally preferred
alternative by August 2008 based on the
Draft Environmental Impact Statement analysis, public comment and
Task Force recommendation
- Preparing applications for federal funding under the New Starts public
transit program
- Talking with communities to hear concerns and provide information
