Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee
The Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee (PBAC) was established to guide
the development of improvements for people who walk or ride bicycles in or through
the project area. The committee brings together community members and agency
representatives to develop recommendations to enhance facilities and connections
for pedestrian and bicycle circulation.
Design concept for the pedestrian and bicycle covered pathway over the Columbia River. Pathway would be uncovered in north Portland and in Vancouver.
